If you have a taste for pushing your body to its very limits or simply watching other people does so, Mazda London Triathlon London event is probably for you. The triathlon is rapidly replacing the marathon as the most challenging event and the London Triathlon is currently the world's largest event of this kind. Well over 8,000 people take part in a punishing programme of running, swimming and cycling with an expected 40,000 spectators. As with the better known London Marathon, a major focus is on fund raising for charities and contributions now extend to over £1 million per year. The Mazda London Triathlon attracts media celebrities, major sporting figures as well as many of the world's very best triathletes. The setting around the ExCeL Centre in London's Docklands is a wonderful, hopefully sunny, summer setting and we hope the waters of the Thames will not be too cold for those choosing to brave. Mazda London Triathlon is a terrific spectator sport too, and offers the chance to see many of the world's fittest athlete's challenge themselves and each other, across three demanding events.Visiting Kids' Week 2009 in London:
