The Kid's Week London theatre really inspired Summer treat for children was first conceived over 10 years ago and has run very successfully since then, attracting more and more young participants to an exciting insight into Kids Week London theatre life since then. For two full weeks in August, Kids Week 2009 open up to children between the ages of 5 and 16 to see a wonderful selection of major West End shows free of charge - so long as they are accompanied by at least one adult paying full price. In addition to the shows, there is a wide selection of activities for children with opportunities of a look backstage, to have a go at makeup, learn to dance, have a go at writing a short script, take part in workshops and even to sing along with the cast. You might think all these free activities are wonderful enough but your kids can also eat a number of child-friendly restaurants free as well. Major shows do, of course, get booked up quite well ahead so it is worth checking out what you would like your kids to see as quickly as possible, who knows, perhaps your kid will be inspired to a life in the theatre or simply develop a passion for music as a result. Whatever the future holds, they will certainly be kept well entertained at Kids Week London theatre.Visiting Kid's Week 2009 London:
