Hampton Court Palace Flower ShowThe Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, an annual gardening charity event is organised by the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) in the beautiful and prestigious grounds of Hampton Court Palace, East Molsey, Surrey, West London. The show to be held on July 2009 has lots of tips and treats in store for all garden lovers. With yummy sampling of organic food, fun filled gardening activities for children like the scarecrow competition and a host of gardening tools on display, this show is a great place to spend a day with the family and friends.

The first two days are privilege days for RHS special invitees and the remaining four days are for open to the public.

This show is sponsored by Rachel's Organic, Britain's first Organic Dairy that is dedicated to making nutritious dairy produce in an environment friendly and sustainable way. Visitors will get to sample their award winning yogurts at the show.

The highlights of the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show include lessons on growing and cooking a wide variety of Asian, British and Mediterranean fruits and vegetables. The Thai Floating Market, a colourful visual, organised by the Tourism Authority of Thailand will display their produce along The Long River that flows besides the Hampton Court Palace grounds. The RHS along with the MET office will make a presentation on the climatic changes and its effect on gardening.

Those looking for inspiration for their own gardens will be treated to a variety of breathtaking show gardens, water gardens as well as small and conceptual gardens. Pick up great ideas to fill up empty spaces in the home. Other attractions include a events such as Floral Art Competition, Festival of Roses, International Language of flowers and the Plant Heritage Marquee.
