Britons have always been passionate about good-quality beer, no wonder that traditional English pubs have become a part of the culture. The Great British Beer Festival at Earls Court can boast to be Britain's most successful beer festival that attracts beer lovers from around the world and presents the best range of ales, ciders, parries and international beers.CAMRA, an independent, voluntary organization that is responsible for the event, has over 89,000 members. The festival will stand in line with CAMRA's main objectives - to encourage good-quality ale and pubs.
You will be able to try at least 450 beers (obviously not all at once) at the London Earls Court Festival. For those who are not that excited about the beer, cider and perry will also be on offer.
The 31st Great British Beer Festival will also become a scene for entertainment that will introduce you to some traditional pub games, live music will fill the atmosphere and traditional pub foods and snacks will be presented for your judgment. Tutored beer tastings will be awaited by many and Roger Protz, the judge, will assure it will go smoothly. You are also advised to book in advance for the beer tastings, there will be many CAMRA members and beer lovers wanting to attend, so buy the tickets before it's too late!
Other festival highlights include the presentation of the books that will feature British as well as American writers who dedicated their time and effort to write the praises of British beer.
The crew at the London festival will be professionally trained, usually the experts in the industry, many of them CAMRA members, who can recommend the perfect drink for both connoisseurs and the enthusiastic amateur.
