St. Paul's Cathedral forms the inspiring City of London backdrop to this annual festival, which aims to remind us all of the cultural history of the City and, through its Trading Places theme, of the historic links between the City of London and India and Switzerland. Many of the City's lovely churches, the Great Hall of St. Bartholemew's Hospital and the riverside at Fishmonger's Hall all play host to many of the best classical and contemporary musicians from London and from both of the countries whose links are being celebrated. The festival is annual and the world renowned great dome of St. Paul's Cathedral is, as always, the heart of the festival.Visiting City of London Festival 2009:
