The O2 Wireless Music Festival - affectionately known just as "Wireless" to its many supporters has grown rapidly in the four years it has been running and why wouldn't it ? This four day festival takes place in Hyde Park - London's largest open space - with a great collection of well known performers and few of the disadvantages of the more traditional out of London music festival. Around 20,000 people will attend each of the four days of the event, which is no great number at all in Hyde Park but sufficient to give it pretty good atmosphere, and tickets are available for exactly the day or days you want to, or can, attend. It is probably better suited to adults than to families but catering is provided on a large scale and simply being able to go back to a hotel bed at night gives the festival a lot of upsides.
