http://www.lth-hotels.com provides you, the site user with information under the following Terms and Conditions, which once the site is accessed or used should be acknowledged and agreed upon.
GENERAL:
1) The www.lth-hotels.com site is designed to assist our clients in searching for hotel accommodation availability in London. Except of printing information relevant to your travel arrangements you may not copy, sell, reproduce or otherwise explore this site content without prior written authorisation from us.
2) Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation you can do so without penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival by 2 pm contacting our Central Reservations Office. A cancellation latter than 2 pm 24 hours prior to arrival or a no show will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
3) We are unable to stop you from making 2 reservations for the same time of travel at different properties. And in that case no refund will be given should this occur & no refund will be given in the absence of a valid cancellation.
4) All the rates listed on this Site are contracted from individual hotels and are represented in their local currency. The provided currency converter is based on international publicly available currency conversion at the time of your booking and its current rate will be used when debiting your card. The www.lth-hotels.com site cannot guarantee or warrant that the conversion rate will not be subject to currency fluctuation.
ADVANCE PURCHASE - Non Refundable Rooms
Non Refundable rooms are offered on an Advance Purchase basis - normally up to 14 days prior. On occasions, this period may be shortened, at the sole discretion of London Town Hotels .
When reserving a Non Refundable room, your credit or debit card will be charged in full for your stay within 24 hours of booking and this charge is not refundable in the event of a need to cancel or reduce the length of stay.
Should you need to amend your dates, this is allowed up to 21 days prior to arrival, subject to availability of the room type and rate reserved. London Town Hotels will advise you if a date change is possible but at a higher rate. Any change of dates is subject to an administration charge of 25.00. Non availability of your preferred change of dates will not lead to a refund of payment made.
In the event that your card proves to be invalid or is declined, London Town Hotels will contact you to seek alternative card details. In the event that we are unable to contact you for any reason, Quality Crown Hotels reserves the right to release the room if it is unable to charge for your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

2)In case of a late cancellation, www.lth-hotels.com reserves the right to charge for 1 night and in some cases eg. minimum stay, for the full amount. This information will be stated and detailed on your confirmation form.
CHILD POLICY & EXTRA PERSON :
Child policy may vary between hotels, however the standard policy allows children up to 3 years to stay free of charge in parents room using existing bedding or a baby cot upon request. For older children the age requirement policy will depend on hotel policy, stated in information section.
