To make your reservation on our web sites, you will be asked for Credit or Debit card details to guarantee the reservation. Once you have done this you are eligible for our Online Room Guarantee whereby we Guarantee that your reservation will be honoured at the hotel you have booked. This is subject only to you having Guaranteed your reservation with a valid Credit or Debit card number, which you have authority to use.
